Comfortable room with good bed, airconditioning, nice bathroom and a terras with a great view. Also very special is the view inside the wine cellar from the hallway. There was a special romantic dinner that night, obviously with great wines, but also good food and music.

The host was very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. The room was stunning and very well appointed.

Good location, comfortable room, good value for money

We loved this small hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable, great views over the countryside. The apartment was spacious, and adequately provisioned for cooking your own meals. The shower was hot, with good water pressure. We found the bed comfortable - but we normally sleep on a firmish mattress. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is continental in style - cereal, boiled eggs, cold meats & cheese, bread for toasting, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, fresh fruit, traditional cake, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Tip: Do the online checkin. It is significantly easier and faster than waiting until you arrive. Tip: Park in the free car public car park 150m down the hill.

It was in a great location, room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom very modern with nice toiletries and good quality towels.

Wonderful family hotel, a bit dated but more charming for it. Staff are super friendly and helpful (Asier was a standout for knowledge and helpful reccommendations plus enthusiasm and pride in service)!

This Palace says Quality all over the place. The attention to details, the quality of everything from materials in the room to everything at breakfast. A lovely bed with very comfortable sheets and duvets, a nice layout of the room and bathroom. Really fluffy slippers. The staff were very attentive which you would expect at this level hotels. It was the small things: they provide e-bikes for free, but you also can have a lock, helmets in different sizes, a GPS and a bag to go cycling around the vineyards. We enjoyed a dinner at Tierra y Vino, their Michelin recommended restaurant. We chose the 5-course dinner, and can recommend it.

The best three star hotel I have ever stayed in. A really lovely spot with great staff, a special mention goes to Diego who really looked after us.

The room was superb. It was in the attached accommodation and had a beautiful terrace and view of the church in the nearby village which was lit at night. The terrace a was lovely for snacks and drinks. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed the tour of the winery and tasting. The hotel buildings are dramatic and iconic.

This is a really great hotel. Lovely big room ,comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning a bit noisy but seems to be controlled by suppliers rather than hotel. We turned it off. Had dinner one night, very tasty and reasonably priced. Nothing much in Cenicero itself but would certainly go back to hotel if in the area
