Lorca is a really interesting place with lots of history and...

Lorca is a really interesting place with lots of history and many great museums. Everyone we met was passionate about the traditions and celebrations of them. There are a myriad of bars and restaurants. The town looked fab in its Christmas lights and decorations. We will definitely back - probably for Semana Santa despite not being religious. The passion and the dedication were evident in the museums and info. We would like to witness that.

I liked everything and everyone, nothing was a problem.

I liked everything and everyone, nothing was a problem. My room outstanding , food outstanding . I may have liked a shuttle bus maybe going down to the Centre twice a day. I am 76yrs old and I did walk down and back up and to be honest I didn’t think I could do it But I did and was very proud of myself! Lovely to see the very old villages and the beautiful churches.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. Breakfast is set in a beautiful dining area with a wide variety of food. Dinner is served by really friendly staff. They work really hard to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Rooms are super comfortable and fresh towels are delivered every day. We had room service a couple of times and this too was exceptional.

We stayed at Paradores, Lorca in August.

We stayed at Paradores, Lorca in August. It's an absolute gem with stunning views, outstanding service, great food and beautiful rooms. The staff are amazing, kind, caring and friendly, they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our birthday dinner at the hotel was extra special because of Hasnae and Mereia, they presented a birthday cake and sang happy birthday, a wonderful memory we shall treasure. We would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Lorca, you'll receive a first class service. We're looking forward to going back next year, this time for two weeks.

Great historical city. Plenty to see and do.

Great historical city. Plenty to see and do. Mixture if old and modern areas. Friendly people and good selection of bars and restaurants. All accessible within walking distance from our hotel. The theatre in the square is surrounded by a fab selection of tapas bars and we found a brilliant little pizzaria to the side of the theatre.

The location of this hotel is close to car showrooms and small industrial units which some clients may not like but it is only 5 minutes walk to the city which is full of history with the castle, several museums and places of interest. The breakfast at the hotel is great value for money. Many different foods to choose from and to suit all tastes.

Its a reasonable hotel in a posh part of the town, surrounded by mansions and leafy avenues. Receptionist went out of his way to be helpful. Large bedrooms and bathroom. I didn't bother to find the spa, I think it was a separate building. Good parking Easy to walk to the town and restaurants.
