The room was very spacious , bright and view over pool. It was very clean . Everything worked TV , heater . Refrig even had water and soda at a cost . The breakfast buffet is superb . I love the breakfast each time i stay here . The manager of the dining room has always been very friendly on each visit . The location next to the train station and beach is perfect. I can find no negatives to mention . I cam back at end of May for a 4 day festival

Amazing hotel and location (with the beach literally a few steps away), with awesome kind staff. Even though there were a lot of people, it didn't feel cramped at all, it was super comfortable. Food was delicious, with a lot to choose from. There is a lot to do too, every night there is some kind of entertainment at the bar/pool area, which also serves as a perfectly pleasant hang-out area.

Location was good. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to the train station. Lots of restaurants around. Our room had a balcony which was nice. The hotel hosts free events and shows on different days of the week.

Everything was perfect. Location is close to the beach. Staff is very friendly. Waiters are super nice, always trying to help with anything. Special shout-out to the team of animators who are busy all day long with tons of activities around the hotel and pool, especially for the kids, and they establish a great relationship with the children. :)

Friendly staff , lovely clean room

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The prices for Food and drink were less than,expected and still the quality was terrific!

The receptionist Ismael wonderful and profesional. Thanks to him we obtained the room on 5-th floor room 518 we did not like the 2-th floor was noisy..to many kids and we want to have quiet place. And he did all to make us comfortable and happy.

Everything The staff is awesome. It was my third time this year that I had gone there. The food is fantastic. The best horel ever.

Everything so relaxing but plenty to do. Food nice choice s Room 522 double balcony. Been before give us decent discount book tomorrow ha ha.

The location is nice as it is at the insection so easy to walk to. The rooms are nice and large, and all have terraces. The king-size beds are excellent. The showers are good also. The food offered in the buffet style crestaurant is varied in flavors and allows you a good selection to choose from. Our plan did not include beverages but we would get a beverage from the bar next door and bring to dinner. My food preference is gluten free so at each meal I revieved a basket with bread and a separate dessert. This was an appreciated touch.

Nicely renovated! Beautiful interior, excellent food, helpful and kind staff. I really loved the idea of the happiness department, highly engaged to make everybody’s stay unforgettable. Location is perfect, close to the bus station and also couple of minutes to the beach.

The hotel is in an ideal location, right on a large sandy beach—you don’t need to cross the street or the railway. There are two pools, one of which is for children. Throughout the day, there are various activities and games, and the animation team—both the girls and guys—are great. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is always clean. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day—special compliments to the cleaning lady with the blond hair on the 5th floor. The food is truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes every day, and the chefs and waiters are exceptionally kind. In the evenings, there is live music in the restaurant overlooking the sea. It’s not too loud and ends at a reasonable time. Every room has a balcony.
