The receptionist was very very kind.

A fabulous last stop on the Portuguese Camino...fantastic pool and gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could have drinks on terrace. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Clean and comfortable. Close to the Camino. Manager was fabulous. Great sense of humor and very helpful.

Really clean and friendly staff. 24 hour reception, so was perfect after landing late at night. The shower was amazing.

Great pricing, rooms and facilities. Plenty of shops and grocers very close by as well

The staff, went out of the way to help. My flight was delayed, other flights were directed to the one I landed. No taxis available. Slept in the airport floor and only managed to get to the hotel at 10.30. The person allowed my to check out late- 2pm

excellent breakfast, great WiFi, friendly staff.

Good facilities, good location, very good heating unit

Nice spacious room, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast with nice peach juice, scramble eggs and bacon + pastry.

wonderful hotel good location and so comfortable would highly reccomend

Very well located, excellent rooms, staff and beakfast.

The property is super clean, including the rooms. The rooms are a nice cool temperature and the beds are fantastic. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks, including after a week on the Camino! The rain shower is also such a luxury if you’ve just finishing your Camino. The staff are friendly and nice. The location is super convenient to the main attractions and the value is phenomenal. Overall, I found the noise level quite low.

The location , the breakfast was amazing and a great choice to choose from,

The room and bathroom were super clean. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Bus stop next to the hotel, but we loved walking everyday to the old town aprox 30 min.

Everything was perfect! Friendly stuff, clean and cosy room, very good breakfast, very good location.

The pool and the restaurants, all the gardens.

Everything was just how I’d hoped, from the smell that greets you at the entrance experience, to the room decor, to the beautiful restaurant. Excellent

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations. The entire hotel is designed with such exceptional taste, elegance, and attention to detail. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated — from the beautiful interiors to the atmosphere of the garden, which has an almost magical feeling, especially in the evenings. You can truly feel that this place was created with care, sensitivity, and a deep appreciation for beauty. What made our experience even more special was the staff. I can genuinely say that we have rarely encountered such kind, warm, attentive, and helpful people while traveling. They were not simply “hotel staff” — they became real companions of our journey, always making us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home. Thank you for creating such a special place. We will remember this stay for a very long time.

Reception was very friendly, welcoming and explained everything we needed to know clearly. Breakfast was a welcome bonus that we didn’t expect and found out about as we checked in. It was tasty and good value. Room and bed were comfortable and the in room coffee machine was great. The hotel also took delivery of a suitcase for us which was very helpful.

Very close to the airport bus stop and the train station with 24-hour reception, it's neat and very clean. Flew in to Santiago late in the evening with a train to catch the next morning it was basic but meet my needs perfectly.

Central location! Very responsive and pleasant staff who took all preferences into account during check-in — much appreciated! Clean sheets, spotless cleanliness! No bedbugs :) — reviews about other hotels were scary, but everything is fine here! Great balcony! A separate room before the bathroom!

The location was great and the property was comfortable. The team were also very welcoming and attentive.

good location, close to the center but quiet street. nice staff. cozy bed. breakfast was nothing special
