The hotel was overall excellent! The room was very clean, and if you like, they offer daily cleaning when you put the sign out. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful – they helped us with everything, from questions about public transport to recommendations for attractions. They were always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Valencia! :)

Hotel seems newly renovated, very nice and modern. Room was spacious and with a nice view, and most importantly quiet despite facing the Main Street in front of it. Staff is very friendly and helpful, also communicating with you via WhatsApp which is very fast and convenient if you need something. A lot of cool little amenities in the room like toothbrushes, coffee, tea water at no extra cost. Location is fantastic everything in the center is within walking distance and also you can easily take a taxi, uber or a bus from in front of the hotel, since it is located on a Main Street, which will make it easier to get from and to the airport and also to go to attractions that are further away from the center like the beach or City of arts and sciences.

Moncada is a college town, with CEU university being the main draw. it is relatively close to Valencia and well served by a metro. There are not many hotels in the area so not a particularly good base for a tourist visit to Valencia.

-Self Checkin with clear infos -The staff's friendliness. While the rooms may be simple, they are clean and provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the Valencia. -Excellent value for money -Location is 40 minutes by metro from the center of Valencia, but the metro runs every 15-20 minutes and is little bit slow. Maximum 10 mins walking from metro station. -We also took the metro at 11 pm from Valencia to Moncada which is great. -AC in the room

Room was new, clean and nice! If I were hotel’s manager, I would include more pictures of the rooms as they look better in the reality than on booking.com :) We were really positively surprised! Staff is very helpful and nice. They also prepared a cot for our baby - it was super cute ;) We tried tortilla con trufas from their restaurant and it was amazingly tasty!

This is a gem of a hotel in Moncada. It is hidden behind an simple façade but opens up into a lovely courtyard. The hotel doubles as a student accommodation with some hotel rooms. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The only issue with the area is the parking which is a nightmare - if you are renting a car, make it a small one.
