Room was new, clean and nice! If I were hotel’s manager, I would include more pictures of the rooms as they look better in the reality than on booking.com :) We were really positively surprised! Staff is very helpful and nice. They also prepared a cot for our baby - it was super cute ;) We tried tortilla con trufas from their restaurant and it was amazingly tasty!

We loved everything about this property which has been beautifully renovated with quality materials : the configuration of the hotel overlooking the inner courtyard and garden with tables and chairs, the very spacious bedroom, comfy bed and bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A simple breakfast (croissant/ toast& coffee/ tea) is available for approx €3,50 but it’s possible to have something more copious. It’s only 7 minutes on foot from the train station with direct access into the heart of Valencia.

Nice people running this clean and conveniently located hotel.

This is a ridiculously great hotel for this price. Old fashioned, with nice parking area, good breakfast, very friendly staff, spacious rooms. I would visit Valencia region just to stay in this hotel

All great! Everything was very clean. The room was small but comfortable, and I found everything I needed. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There was a free complimentary breakfast. The top terrace had a very nice vibe to it.

Modern and well equipped. The restaurant had an amazing feel and great vibe, the food was good too. Staff were amazing and looked after us really well

Rooms are not too big but comfy, pool area and common areas are nice.

The room was a good size and the service was excellent. The included breakfast was the best we’ve had all of our 35 days travelling around Spain and Portugal. We recommend this hotel - 5 out of 5 stars!

Great facilities. Loved the pool and the supercheap laundry facilities. Could see the tram and train stop from my window, made getting around so straight forward. Plenty of free on street parking right outside the door.

all staff was amazing, veri kind and professional.

A lot of space, clean, warm and very friendly staff!

Clean, staff very friendly and professional, good location

I did really like this hotel! The staff is very helpful and kind, and as we have exchanged some messages via the app in advance, I have been answered very fast. The room was modern, clean and spacious, it gave a lot of comfort. Pool area is also very nice, and the breakfast has also been super. By the way, you can have your breakfast in the pool area, on the open air terrace, which is fantastic. The vicinity of the hotel is modern, clean and friendly, the area offers some bars and restaurants, shopping centers are also in the nearby. Metro and tram are some minutes on foot, bus stop is directly there, but there is also a taxi stand in front of the entrance, and the local taxi fares are quite friendly. I will definietly recommend this hotel to others, it was a very good choice!

The hotel location is great, out of the turistic zone but close to a bus stop and the metro. We really enjoyed the breakfast

If you have a car it is a great place to stay! It is quite close to the city and good price. Spacious rooms and clean facilities. The parking is quite cheap compared to other hotels but you can also park for free close to the hotel (i think). In general, would recommend staying here for sure!

They allowed us to check in earlier on the first day.

Spacious room, excellent food, nice staff

- Very professional and supportive staff 👏 All the communication with them was very clear and helpful (I mean here all the questions which were replied in the best way in Booking chat and also direct communication with the receptionists during our stay). Everyone at the reception was very open and always ready to help 🙏 - Quite convenient underground parking with electric chargers ✅ - Very specious room and good cleaning (the room is a bit tired and certain things need renovation, but it’s not related to cleaning). - Nice spa ✅ - The attitude to the hotel’s location depends on what you are planning to do there. Big Carrefour shop is very close. If you travel by car, you can go to different places in Valencia and its surrounding. - Nice restaurant 👌 We had dinner there and the food was really good and the dessert just amazing! 🤩

Excellent staff at Front of house. They were very helpfull regarding tourist information or any other information you required etc. What they didn,t know they were happy to look up and do their very best to help. Rooms were very clean and regularly serviced to a very high degree. Well done to all the staff. You go above and beyond.

Really good localization close to underground. Big rooms very well equipped. Rooms were cleaned everday. Room service was more than perfect. Very helpful and friendly personal. Very good breakfast. Great view from window - we had rooms at 19th floor. Possibility to park for free on the street. But there is also possibility to get a parking place from hotel.

The staff were brilliant. Anything we needed was provided to us straight away ie a kettle for our room, a taxi to the airport. They always said hello to us anytime we passed. The location was great.

They were very accommodating of my flight being delayed causing my check in to be laye

The receptionist was helpful and polite
