Super clean, lovely people working there, delicious breakfast, very chilled laid back vibe. My 4 year old loved it and so did we. Peacocks walk around, cats too. It’s a very family oriented place. We would love to come back and recommend it!

I recently stayed at the hotel in Palma and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. In particular, I would like to mention the receptionist Melissa, who showed remarkable professionalism and kindness towards all guests. From the moment I arrived, Melissa greeted me warmly and ensured that my stay went smoothly. She was always available to answer my questions and even gave me valuable advice on the best places to visit in Palma. Her kindness and attentive listening truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a professional team. A big thank you to Melissa for her contribution to the success of my stay in Palma.

It was an incredible experience, from all of the space where you feel alone, to facilieties and food. Staff were incredible. We had 2 wonderfull days here and would come here again with no doubt. We stayed here for friends wedding and were impressed of how well everything was.

It was one of the top all-inclusive hotels we have ever visited. The employees, particularly the animation crew and restaurant staff, impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. The buffet had incredible food with many choices and themed dinners. Perhaps we anticipated a greater selection of a la carte restaurants, however overall it was ok. Lovely pools, numerous activities for children, gorgeous beach in close proximity.

Great hotel with everything you need for a family of 3. Good breakfast, swimming pool with kids area. Heated swimming pool inside. Beach few minutes walking from hotel. Good restaurants and shops nearby.

This hotel is perfectly located on Playa de Muro beach. Short distance from Can Picafort. The hotel can cater for all ages, with an abundance of sun loungers and numerous pools. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, large balcony, ideal cooking facilities which suited our family of 4. Ample free parking outside hotel.

Professional staff in every department, very good food, one of the best night program. Especially Monday night. Free upgrade for JSU. Thank you guys for nice stay.

Everything is like on picture, new, clean, a lot of attention to detail in interior design, very good breakfast. Beautiful rooms with cool lighting, clean, comfy beds. Staff in the restaurant is very-very friendly! And views - incredible!

I’m in love with this gorgeous hotel ❤️ and I will definitely come back!!! I couldn’t find anything negative here! The views from almost everywhere here are incredible! The room is big and has everything you need! The staff are amazing friendly (especially Maria) and helpful. They have a great spa area and they also offer massages by appointment. Breakfast is amazing and we didn’t miss a thing. I already recommend this hotel to my friends that are planning now to come and book it because this place is a little gem 💎 just a paradise!

I loved the food choices for breakfast and dinner. The freshness of the food especially the Fish was amazing. Also the restaurant staff were so nice and efficient nothing was a problem. Thank you Caesar. The swimming pool was so clean and the sunbeds were sufficient and comfortable.

Very cozy, well-decorated, simple and good to relax with a fantastic view. Very calm, you need a car to get around.
