While this hotel “boasts” of being a 4-star property, it is not well kept. The carpets are stained. The rooms are hot. There is almost no security. Grown men fight each other by the pool while other grown men get so drunk they throw up by the pool (surrounded by small children) with no consequences
The reception staff are not helpful or polite.
This place is a 1-2 star hotel at max.

Amazing hotel! So clean and in a perfect location for clubs and restaurants. Also great that you can use the sister hotels facilities. The pool was always clean and enough beds for everyone. The staff were always friendly and helpful in booking taxis etc. Check in was quick and efficient. Toiletries available in the room if you need. We can’t wait to return next year! We couldn’t believe this hotel is one of the cheapest in the area, such good valuable compared to others!

Playa d'En Bossa is a great place for those who seek for clubs to listen to various electronic music day and night, dance all night long and relax on the beach on the daytime. Music is always on in Playa d'en Bossa and it participes to this special mood most people (mostly young) . From Playa d'en Bossa, you can also move to visit the rest of this very beautiful, family and wild island or take the boat to Formentera. It requires however quite a budget according what you do. Not much to do anymore with the hippies roots but that is how it goes. A week is fine.

In November don't bother in the whole area no shops or supermarkets were open
Found 3 pubs all of which served food
2 restaurants open
Everything else was closed
Try ibiza town instead
Bus stops very widely spread out 15 minutes walk from where I stayed.
I was lucky friends bar was open near the hotel. Great bar and food otherwise another 15 to 20 minutes walk the the nearest bar or restaurant. Not good when we had a heavy rainfall and strong winds

Everything is within walking distance.
Everything is within walking distance. There are lots of nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and stores for your every need. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the clubs like Ushuaia, Hi, and Tantra. We stayed there to go to the superclubs, but we ended up liking Tantra the most. Highly recommend a visit.

We loved the party atmosphere, however,
We loved the party atmosphere, however,
It is totally overpriced and has turned into a rich man's playground.
We went to 4 different clubs and were charged up to 80 euros entry.
A glass or small bottle of water cost between 9 and 20 euros each.
Restaurants were ridiculously expensive.
The only reasonable restaurant that we ate at was "Mos" in Hippy Lane.
Moorea Restaurant which adjoins Jet Apartments was charging 150 Euros per kilo for fillet steak!
Taxi fares were affordable, but we were able to catch a bus sometimes, so it's worth checking out buses.

Great adults only so quiet pool and surrounding area.
Great adults only so quiet pool and surrounding area. Always beds available. Rooms are clean and cover the basics. Its not 5 star but does offer Ok value for money. If you want to go to "party" it is in a great location. Walking distance to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia and the beach clubs. The main "strip" is not very inspiring unless you want burgers etc however the boardwalk towards Fugeritas has lots of nice restaurants and places to stop and catch a cocktail.

Been coming here for 20 years.
Been coming here for 20 years. Place changes every year, some for the better, some for the worse. Despite being a party town its in no way scummy or should put off older/families etc. A bit of something for everyone. Beautiful beaches, decent bars and restaurants, not for from Ibiza Town and airport, negative is its getting more and more pricey each year

The room was nice and spacious, including two twin beds and a small study, as well as a minifridge, TV, and balcony with seating. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel had great amenities, including the outdoor pool and restaurant. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from Playa den Bossa beach, in close proximity to main nightclubs such as Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza if that is your scene. As two females, we also felt very safe walking home late, as the streets leading up to the hotel are generally busy at all times.
Nice hotel, great location! Though, a bit overpriced like everything on Ibiza. 10 mins walking from Ushuaia and HiIbiza. Good beach, swimming pool. Nice choice of food for breakfast. 10 mins by taxi from airport (12€). Good views. Bathrobe and flip flops are included, welcome water in the fridge. Welcome glass of champagne. Wifi works but if you got iPhone gotta ask for assistance as the password and login need to be added on a special url.
The staff try really hard despite lack of internal communication. I wish the hotel had told me prior to arriving about the changes to the advertised facilities/ no longer 24/7 all inclusive etc. The new restricted All inc Drinks/ menus plus the closure of Restuarants. This definitely made my honeymoon less than we anticipated as we have previously had 3 great holidays in this hotel.
Location right on the beach was amazing. Reception and pool bars were great too.
View from bedroom was superb too
We also upgraded at hotel from B&B to all inclusive 🙂
Great location. Perfect to combine with the hotel events. Suburb breakfast. Great food in general. Nice pools. Nice staff. Good facilities. Right on the beach.
