I liked the adults only elements, the location was not bad. The concierge staff were very pleasant. The pools were great. The beds were very comfortable and the food was great. And Valentino was very entertaining and made us feel very welcomed.
Located in a quiet resort 3.1 mi west of Puerto del Carmen, Hotel Costa Calero Thalasso & Spa has 4 outdoor swimming pools and a spa with a sauna. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach....

Food very good and good variety … coffee machine now rather than pots at table is a nightmare though
Cozy boat to unwind by the ocean is located in Puerto Calero and offers a terrace.

Perfect location in the south east part of the island, close enough to walk to Puerto Del Carmen old town and loads of coves and beaches to explore. Great little boat to chill out on the top deck and enough amenities to keep you going. The host Antonalina was very nice and although the boat didn’t have a shower they had a private shower block 2 minutes walks from the boat. Highly recommend

Quiet harbour resort that is accessed by a steep hill.
Quiet harbour resort that is accessed by a steep hill. If self catering, the small supermarket is inadequate but has all the basics for 1st night and daily usage, water, bread etc. Plenty of restaurants. Small market twice a week. Good access to taxis (taxi rank)and buses - good service.
Recommend Azure restaurant. Great food and speedy, friendly service..

Fantastic upmarket resort with an attractive harbour and access to lots of things to do (ferry - or coastal walk - to Puerto del Carmen; submarine safari; buggy trips; jet ski trips; harbour side shops and varied restaurants and bars) in a very safe community with visible and regular security patrols. 15-20 minutes from the airport. The resort is set to go up a notch when the new Hiperdino supermarket opens, although we were a bit sad to see that Ferrer (quality fashion) and The Harbour Club (excellent dining) had closed since our last trip. However, there is still a good range of very good places to eat and drink overlooking the harbour and for shopping both Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca (particularly the new part between the old town and Rubicon) have excellent shops. Fund Grube and Mint are particular favourite for a splurge on fragrance and fashion - don't make the mistake of buying duty free before you have checked out Fund Grube and Dahlia for fragrance.

Beautiful harbour with bars & restaurants.
Beautiful harbour with bars & restaurants. There is some building work at the moment just outside the harbour which is affecting the properties around it with noise from 7.30am - 5 pm while building a commercial centre

Puerto Calero is a lovely harbour town which is within easy reach of the busier louder Puerto del Carmen, and only 20-30 minutes from Arecife airport. The harbour has an excellent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, lovely views across the harbour, and a great place to sit and watch people.

The market on Tuesday and Friday is really good lots nice items including homemade crafts !
The supermarket is well supplied and there are lots boat activities and water ferry to keep families busy !
The staff of the hotel were exceptional. They were always eager to help and very friendly. I can't remember all the names but Christian at reception and Kontë deserve a mention. The colony of cats at the hotel was also a great surprise and were very friendly. The hotel is only a short walk to Puerto Calero which is full of excellent restaurants and high end shops. The spa and gym was of good quality. There were plenty of sun loungers and there was never a wait to get a drink.
Perfect location for a short family break. The property had everything we needed and was comfortable and spacious. Situated at the back of the village meant it was peaceful. A great base for touring Lanzarote’s wonderful culture and sites. Lovely pool although it was a little chilly in April! The Easter treats for the children were great, thank you!
Lovely comfortable villa, and loved the private pool that comes with each villa. Very welcoming host and they were always available to help and answer any questions. Very lovely people indeed.
The villas are self-catering so we got to go out and try different restaurants along the Puerto Calero marina and in Puerto Carmen.
We had a wonderful stay in the boat. The owners took care of every singel detail. In a peaceful and well located side of Puerto Calero pier. Very good price/quality. We hope to be back!
Superb location, everything you could need within minutes reach, Apartment was just right, love the balcony, Puerto Calero was fantastic, not too busy but not too quiet,
