United KingdomVery friendly and helpful staff. They put my bicycle in a safe place overnight. Great bathroom with a superb shower and fluffy towels. Very clean, comfortable bed and an easy walk into town for restaurants and shops. The breakfast which was an extra cost was very good quality.

The location is perfect super convenient and in a great area. Everything was spotless.
I had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

United StatesThe whole experience was great. Check in was easy, wine tour was very good, excellent dinner and breakfast very nice. We especially liked the gentleman giving the wine tour and the lady serving our dinner. Hotel was newer with the rooms clean and well appointed.

Great for a stop over.
Great for a stop over. Nothing bad with it but nothing special neither (if you are not in to gothic church and history. Old town in the middle surrounded by "modern" typically Spanish buildings.

The old town is full of character with loads of old...
The old town is full of character with loads of old buildings, churches and lots of narrow streets that you can enjoy wandering around and as long as you take it easy it's OK to take the car up lots of these narrow, winding streets.
Away from the old town there's a long, tree lined pedestrian street with cafes and bars and a real feeling of community.

We were just stopping overnight on a long road trip and didn't realize what a gem Requena was. We wished we had booked some winery cave tours in advance. The town has tiny streets and so much charm!

We visited for a visit to bodega Murviedro.
We visited for a visit to bodega Murviedro. The hotel Los Canilleros was wonderful, round the corner from the Bodega and a lovely square with great places to eat and drink. One night and 2 days and everything was fantastic.

Requena is a lovely town with a medieval centre.
Requena is a lovely town with a medieval centre.
It's an ideal place to base yourself for visiting the wine producers many of who do tours.
Murviedro, a top wine producer, have a visitors centre right in the middle of town which is well worth a visit.
There are many places to eat and drink and you can get to Requena from València by train or bus in a couple of hours
We went to a fantastic restaurant called La Dispensa de Sofia which turned out to be a favourite with many if the local winemakers, who we ended up having a drink with!

We stayed in the old town for 3 nights. 2 nights might be...
We stayed in the old town for 3 nights. 2 nights might be enough for some. We pre-booked a wine tour of one of the many vineyards locally. There are limited facilities in the old town. 2 small hotels with restaurants and many Casa Rurals/bed and breakfasts. Maybe a couple of other eating establishments (which were closed when we were there mid week). No food shops and only one or two places to buy/taste wine. The new town is unremarkable but only a short walk away as are other cafes and bars.

Not much. It isn’t a hotel!!! There was receptionist when we arrived who was helpful. An hour later she had gone. Entering the building and accessing keys is all done by codes. Minimal human interaction in terms of help, advice or involvement with other guests. Overall it was a clean place but the issues around noisy air conditioning could never be sorted as there were no staff there. Please read review of of our 2 night stay(5-7/04/26).

I arrived in Requena during an unusual heat wave. I requested a fan and the host kindly provided it.
The flat was very large and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Nice central location

Beautiful location, lovely rennovated property - easy to walk around and visit old part of Requena as well as plenty of cafe and restaurants close to watch life go by on the main street.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Staff were very friendly and smiling. Room was very clean but small. We stayed there a Saturday night and it was noisy.
