Located in Salceda, Casa Tia Teresa features a restaurant, bar, garden, and free WiFi throughout the property. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Both owners are fabulous hosts. There is a lot of artistic talent evident in the bar/cafe/restaurant and accommodations. Clearly they take great pride of ownership. I had a slight cough during check in and was given a large bottle of water gratis. The owner explained that the entire building not only had a ventilation system but that it was filtered! I haven't seen anything like it in Spain. The mixed salad I had for comida/lunch was the best in 7 weeks travel along the Camino Frances. They take great care of their guests and do not treat them like mere customers. Upon leaving the next morning my cafe con leche was made to look like a portrait of me. Loved it!
Within 820 feet of the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route, Albergue Turistico Salceda is set in A Salceda. This restored 19th-century property features a garden and a modern restaurant. Much more modern and cleaner than we were anticipating. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Pool was a bonus as well!
Set in O Pino in the Galicia Region, 16 mi from Santiago de Compostela, Pensión O' Mesón features a terrace and views of the garden. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. We had a spacious and comfortable room for 3. It was clean and the staff was helpful. We were able to do laundry there too. The food in the restaurant was great too.
Located in O Pino, 21 miles from Oca, Casa Rural do Horreo has a bar and free WiFi. The country house has a terrace. Guests can also relax in the garden or on the shared lounge area. Beautiful facility, felt like home when we arrived. Quiet village, Casa Rural right on the Camino.
O Pozo is located in O Pino and features a garden and a terrace. Guests can enjoy garden views. Guest rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Great room, beautifully renovated 400 year old farmhouse. Very spacious and light. Very good shower and WiFi. Beautiful grounds and outdoor eating area. Host had good English and did all he could to help us. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Just 50 metres off the Camino trail but on a fairly busy corner. Very quiet farmhouse in small village. We highly recommend this property.
We loved this place. We arrived early and relaxed in the beautiful garden sunshine. We had a fabulous lunch and dinner. The food was amazing, staff so friendly & efficient. It was my birthday while there. My husband asked them if it was possible to organise a small cake & candle for dinner time. They even brought me flowers. Will highly recommend this place to friends & family
Location was great, staff extremely kind and welcoming and helpful, and although it did not have a restaurant, the hotel has a full kitchen for preparing your own food as well as a washer and dryer. And the hotel offers a food delivery service from a varied food menu, and the food is great! Also, the room was very comfortable, new, with stone walls and a log cabin feel to it.
Very kind family run business. food was excellent. Try the chicken Milanese! Good size portions. Place is on the Camino right on the Camino in Salceda. Not a lot around. Fairly new building. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am. Clean rooms decent size. Tia Teresa does the cooking! We will return! Thank you. Hosts were very busy but delightful and warm!!
Relatively new hotel, typical Galician style, at the countryside. Luxurious, modern rooms. All comfort. Elevator. Excellent restaurant. Friendly service. One of the best price/quality hotels on our journey to Compostela
