We arrived in Siquenza at around lunchtime and were staying for just one night. I would say that was the right amount of time as it is not a big place and unless you really like to go into all the history of everywhere then there is more than enough time to walk round and see the lovely architecture of the old buildings. There are some lovely walks apparently but we didn't venture out on any of them due to the weather not being too good.
There is a small number of eateries in the town, and a very good churreria next door to the Hotel HC.

What I like MOST was the scenery of the PARADOR.
What I like MOST was the scenery of the PARADOR.
What I dislike MOST was the quality of the cook, and the TV in others bedrooms. People who want to see TV, in a place like SIGUENZA should STAY HOME !

Siguenza is an historic city going back at least to Roman times. There is much to explore, many little back streets, vistas, views, cafes, bars, shops, and whilst there are very good tourist bars and restaurants we preferred the locals where we were made to feel welcome.

I enjoyed the ambience and the views ,The people were very friendly and helpful .The buildings ,streets and all facilities ,shops ,cafes , restaurants were very good.I loved the square next to the Cathedral and the views from and around the Castle. It is easy to get around Siguenza as it is not too big but the streets are very steep and a lot are cobbled. Sensible shoes and warm clothing were needed.
Location is the best asset of the hotel. Very close to Sigüenza center, just walking the hill. Rooms were OK regarding size. The shower was above average, I really liked it. The receptionist was helpful and kind.
