This was our second stay and we will be coming again. Great location for visiting the Ordesa National Park, excellent breakfast, very comfortable room with a lovely view from the balcony and a nice quiet area 3 mins from the village. Pet friendly (for a small daily fee) and definitely the best hotel to stay if travelling in this area with a dog!

Very friendly, good atmosphere, comfortable accommodation in a nice mountain village, conveniently close to the hiking trails in the Ordesa National Park. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a good place to arrive and leave from. In the morning you wake up to the sound of the flock, a real fresh air, mountain atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner are phenomenal.

Very nice little town with a few bars/restaurants and the pickup place for the buses up to the parking in the valley. During the summer you cant drive up. Very beautiful surroundings. The two small supermarkets are rather poor and very expensive but Brota is 5 mins away by car with better shops.

Closest to the spectacular National Park of "Ordesa y Monte Perdido". This Park can compete with the best National Parks in the U.S.A. and China. Torla is a cute village and Broto with its cascade is close. You can also visit AINSA, one of the most beautiful villages of Spain and the Añisclo Canyon, with its microclimate and liquenes. Do not forget to visit also other glacier valleys in the area, outside the Park. The Park has a limit to the number of visitors per day and in the weekend the Guards of the Park may block the access if there are too many visitors.

For a town of 300 inhabitants that make their income mostly from the hundreds of thousands of tourists that visit it each year, I found the average customer-friendliness lacking compared to other places we stayed in on our trip through the Pyrenees. Whereas we always enjoyed cheerful, friendly and helpful reception elsewhere, it almost seemed like people in Torla were almost annoyed by (foreign) tourists (not counting the super-friendly host at Villa Russell). Businesses also seemed to ignore their own opening hours, opening and closing at random. We regularly met closed doors when we needed something. If you want to visit the Ordesa national park, Torla is your only real option (unless you want to do lots of driving). And maybe that's the problem ...

Lovely town and gateway to hiking in the Ordesa - Monte Perdido National Park. Lots of hikes also start from the village itself. Within easy driving distance of other great villages (Aìnsa and Broto), adventure tours (racing, canyoning and kayaking), and swimming in the river. Torla has all the facilities yiu need, tow supermarkets, great bakery and r shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. It has a fantastic setting overlooking the Pyrenees.

Torla is a beautiful and rural village on the edge of the Ordesa National Park. There are excellent places to eat and stay in the village. During the season you need to take the bus from the village into the park, out of season you can drive up into the park where you will find a restaurant serving simple food and with a welcoming fire. Parking is free and the walking trails are well marked

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. We had a well appointed room which I think had been refurbished and it was modern and tastefully done. This with a balcony with terrific views. All the staff were extremely helpful and we would definitely stay there again. The hotel even provided a garage for the motorcycle parking.

Silken Ordesa is located right outside the Ordesa National Park so is perfectly located for visiting there. The buffet style breakfast was pretty good. The room itself was spacious, and although we were located above the main entrance/terrace area, the noise wasn't too bad.
