Very good location, clean rooms and friendly staff

Positive reviews for the Royal City Spa Hotel in Zaragoza, a booking platform. The Hotel & Spa Real Ciudad de Zaragoza in Zaragoza truly deserves five stars! I live in room 605 and had to rush to catch a flight to Madrid Airport in the early hours of the morning. In my haste, I accidentally left my jacket in the room. When I arrived at the airport to board the flight, the hotel staff promptly contacted me to inform me about the lost item. After returning home, I communicated with the hotel regarding the shipping of the required packages. The staff were patient throughout the process and even helped pack the clothing and arrange for it to be sent to the local postal service. Eventually, the jacket was successfully sent back to Beijing. The room was clean and comfortable to live in, and what’s more remarkable is that the hotel’s service was extremely considerate and responsible. This experience of recovering lost items has greatly enhanced my positive impression of this hotel. If you’re choosing a place to stay in Zaragoza, this hotel is an excellent choice!

Great location, walking distance to the slopes. Good breakfast, nice staff. A room was big and beds comfortable, there was a bathtub with nice hot water.

Great warm lake for swimming outside in November! Excellent breakfast. Good sleep, silence. You have an impression that you end up in a different century.

Amazing location 4 minute walk to the biggest city attraction and 2 minute walk to the laundry machines (lavandería). Has an elevator, rooms are big and clean same with bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel is big but very clean, check in/out is so fast, a garage is under the hotel, breakfast was so delicious and full of choices, we had room on the 6th floor with a terrace, location in the city centre

The Hesperia Hotel is excellent maintained hotel in the heart of Zaragoza with Parkplace ability. Very clean and quiet so you can rest very well. Hotel staff is very profesional and always maximum on your disposal, especially the Reception Chef who solved our challenging situation with ease and total professional manners. This way we want to thank especcially our Chefe de reception for understanding our situation and made us posaible to enjoy in our MotoGP racing weekend, even the garage elevator was not functioning. Because of him we are surt we shall visit beautiful Hesperia Hotel again and as soon as possible.

Very nice staff, kind and helpful, especially the receptionists, both great! Excellent breakfast one of the best I found. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the Fair but well connected to the center via Huber or Bolt

Spacious room with good location. Just 20 minutes walking from city center. Coffee and tea are in the price so it is nice even if you haven't taken the breakfast option. Clean facilities and in general friendly stuff. We would definitely book again in the future
