The hotel is located on an industrial estate, but was very easy to find. The staff were all friendly, the rooms and public areas clean. We were given a complimentary glass of sangria on arrival. The hotel benefits from free secure underground parking The restaurant was good, English menus were available and the food was good.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything was so comfortable. Many amenities. Perfect place for us for one night.

Location location location and great breakfast

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious and well maintained. The breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety of options. The service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who make you feel welcome throughout your stay. The hotel also provides a spacious parking for extra money, making it very convenient for guests traveling by car. Location is good, near the railway station. We used taxi to see the city center.

The hotel is very well located in the historic centre of the town, a few steps from the Basilica del Pilar The rooms are spacious and very clean. We loved the bathroom with the balcony door Very professional and friendly staff.

The rooms were just amazing. Having connecting rooms with the kids (what they call family room) was just perfect. Miguel at the reception was outstanding in his service.

Lovely hotel, we managed to park behind the hotel free. Toilet was a little low for us. We're older and suffer with our joints. But very clean.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our adult children and stayed here for a week. Without asking we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was a real treat. We also loved the smart tv so we could watch Netflix, Disney etcetera. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We had such a nice stay and were sad to leave! Thank you for making our week in this part of Spain very memorable!

Cozy, clean and close to main attractions

Very good value for money apartment! You can reach the centre on foot or by public transport in no time. The host is super friendly and attentive and willing to help and give recommendations at any time.
