This was a nice, very eclectic two bedroom apartment. The apartment is upstairs, and the host lives downstairs, but separate entryways, so not an issue bothering one another. The host was very nice and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had want we needed. The apartment was pretty spacious and had a lovely porch on the back. It also had a washing machine which is very nice when traveling. The town is small, but had a grocery store and a few restaurants close by. The apartment is little ways from the Camino trail, but still a good option.

Jose and his wife are wonderful hosts. They make a fesh homemade breakfast with just squeezed orange juice. They have coffee tea available 24/7. The pool and veranda in beautiful and serene. We were walking the Camino de Santiago and this was a nice reprieve from the hostels. We had a group of 5 people (1 couple and 3 ladies). Jose gave us some great information about the town of Padron and the market that was there the day we were checking out. He also helped with directions getting to the home and of course our best route when leaving

Pazo Arreten was like a small slice of heaven on earth. After 2 weeks of walking the Camino my legs and feet were exhausted. The room came with robes and slippers and the bed was so comfy. Unfortunately it was raining so we could not enjoy the garden. I would love to make it back in the future.
