My favourite is the staff, specially the manager Mr. Yosef he was extremely helpful and made my life so much easier. Everyone else were so nice as well. The location was close to the airport about 1 km which was perfect for my purpose and also they provide a free airport shuttle huge plus.

The staff of this hotel were carefully selected because they are the best I have ever had to deal with so far. I faced card problems with payment but the way they handled the issue was more than professional. It’s my second time in the hotel and I will definitely be back 😊

Utmost privacy and calm environment. Free laundry service. Friendly staff who always ask you if the meal is delicious. The airport Shuttle wasn't available when I was leaving but they gave me 200 ETB and called a taxi 🚕 to get me to the airport. This was an excellent gesture.
