My stay at the Best Western Pearl in Addis Ababa was truly exceptional, exceeding my expectations across every category. The customer service was truly top-notch. Every staff member, from the front desk to the dining room attendants, was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their efficiency and kindness made my check-in and overall stay seamless and pleasant. Special mention to Tirhas for her kindness and hospitality. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was thorough and efficient. The accommodation provided a comfortable and quiet retreat after a long day of exploring. The food was delicious! I was consistently impressed by the quality and variety of the dishes offered. Dining at the hotel was a genuine highlight of the trip, with every meal being prepared to a high standard. The hotel's location was perfect. It provided easy access to key areas and attractions in Addis Ababa, which made navigating the city simple and saved significant time during my excursions. This hotel offers outstanding value through its excellent service, cleanliness, and superior dining experience. It is a fantastic base for an Addis Ababa visit.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Addis Ababa. Everything was well organized and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, especially the beds which made for a good night’s sleep. The hotel reception area was also very nice, with a pleasant restaurant and café that made it easy to relax and enjoy some time at the hotel. What stood out most was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Another great advantage of this hotel is their collaboration with a highly competent local guide, Abay, who can be booked directly through the hotel. He is an exceptional guide with deep knowledge of Addis Ababa and Ethiopian history, and he truly enhanced my experience in the city. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay, made even better by the excellent service and the opportunity to explore the city with such a knowledgeable guide.
