He gaudit molt de la meva estada a Hayes Hotel. L’hotel està molt ben cuidat, les habitacions són netes, còmodes i el servei ha estat excel·lent en tot moment. També vull destacar la professionalitat i l’amabilitat de tot el personal, sempre atent i disposat a ajudar. Vull fer una menció especial al gerent i a l’equip de recepció per la manera com han gestionat un petit problema amb la meva reserva. Per error, se’m va cobrar una penalització a la targeta com si no m’hagués presentat (“no-show”), però ho van revisar ràpidament i ho van solucionar amb molta professionalitat, educació i transparència. És d’agrair trobar un hotel que, a més de tenir bones instal·lacions, respon així davant qualsevol incidència. Sens dubte, recomano aquest hotel a qualsevol persona que visiti Addis Abeba i hi tornaria encantat.
