Easy to check in even if You're arriving while the hotel is closed (in Sunday). So, there is a self check-in option. Really close to the XAMK university which I needed, and a super-market and lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel and the surroundings are very quiet.

Enjoyed my stay a lot! House was easy to locate, all codes came to booking application. Room was clean and cozy.

Perfect location, quite part of city, not far from main target in our vacation on the way to Karelia - Langinkoski imperial fishing lodge. Clean and quite room, all needed equipment for night staying.

A recently renovated property, Sugar Factory Apartments is situated in Kotka near Savarte Art, Kotkan Kirkko and Haukkavuoren Näkötorni.

The room was really nicely decorated, kind of design & kitsch atmosphere, excellent quality of materials. It was small but enough for two people. Luminous room, great bathroom, excellent bed. Although there were some works in the building next to ours, it was quiet and we could still park the car in the courtyard. Excellent choice for a stay in Kotka. I think it will get even better in the future when everything will be ready.

Host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I stayed for one night and everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was good, I managed to sleep well. Have nothing to complain about
