Offering a restaurant and a private beach, Hotel Korpikartano is right by Lake Menesjärvi, just 10 km from Lemmenjoki National Park. We had the warmest welcoming when we arrived. Through the day I had to adjust our arriving time, but the service was so kind and they even warmed up a sauna for us which was heaven after a hiking-driving day. We even went to swim even though it was quite cold. The beach was beautiful and facilities perfect for a small swim. The room was cute, small but had all what was needed. The Breakfast was excellent.
