Just about everything. The owner was exceptional in welcoming us. In fact all the staff are great. The rooms are set back from the road and in our case both overlooked the countryside. Very quiet. Rooms are large for French countryside. They were immaculately clean. The restaurant is particularly good. Fresh, clean and well prepared food. The set menu selected was one of the best I’ve had for the price. I would eat there again without hesitation. The staff were excellent.

We liked Christian and Laurence very much. They allowed us to use their kitchen to prepare and eat our evening meals. Our bedroom was large and comfortable. The house is very old and is a project that might take sometime to evolve.

Christine and her husband Michelle are amazing hosts. They are a carring, friendly, lovely couple. They saved us from a starvation one evening😉 B&b is based in stunning valley, between Carcassonne and Tuluse- it's a perfect spot to discover an Occitanie. We hope to back here someday.
