L'endroit est formidable. Nous avions l'impression d'être seuls au monde, au cœur d'Ansouis, dans un décor magnifique. Notre seul regret est de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps.

Staff was so friendly, the pool area was wonderful and the whole property was serene. Breakfast was fantastic and the location of the dining area was perfect.

The restaurant had a varied and gourmet menu, we ate there most nights and tried a variety of the options, which were all delicious ( pork, dorado, entrecôte , mezzaluna ravioli) The breakfast buffet offered a variety of breads, croissants, cereals, fruits, jams & eggs made to order
