Lovely hotel either for an overnight or stay to explore the area. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. My dogs were made welcome and we had an ideal room with easy outside access. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious and particular effort was put in to provide me with gluten free options ( by far the best I have visited in France) Only 35 minutes from the Eurotunnel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a lovely warm welcome from Emmanuelle After a long drive from Germany. She offered to call a local restaurant for us to book a table, and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was prepared with care with fresh and local.produce. The communal living space was very comfortable and even had a table football which my teen loved!

Charming and friendly hosts. Accommodation spacious and very comfortable. Beds super comfortable. Situated in the country but only a five minute drive from the charming little town of Cassel. Easy reach of Belgian towns of Ypres and Bruges. Nice breakfast of tasty breads and homemade jams. Would certainly stay again.

The village has two bars one of which has just re-opened after a stylish refurbishment and now does frites. The village also has a very good bakery open from 06:30 (buy a take away filled baguette to eat on the shuttle).

Good location for the historical sites in the area. Wonderful hotel full of character and charm. Easy parking and a lovely area to sit outside with a drink and look at the beautiful garden. Very friendly owners and team, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are good, with comfortable beds, and tea and coffee making facilities. Large bathroom. The restaurant was fabulous, the food was excellent and the service too. The fixed menu is excellent value for money, likewise the breakfasts. Thanks to everyone for a great stay. A bientôt.

The room was a good size, comfortable and clean although the bathroom would benefit from a makeover. Breakfast is continental and fine for us; there seemed plenty. However the dinner at this hotel is excellent and there was a good choice of menu. This is one of the reasons we have stayed here a number of times before. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful.

Have returned to this hotel many times. Staff are very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Dinner was excellent, & breakfast typically continental but plentiful. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts.
