Gîte Cajarc. Is located in Cajarc. The property is 12 miles from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. The gîte is centrally located in Cajarc, close to all amenities and restaurants. It is nicely decorated, clean and well furnished with all necessary appliances. We got the warmest welcome from Karine and Laurent, our hosts. Highly recommended.
Located in Cajarc, Le Logis de Céline provides accommodations with free WiFi and TV. We absolutely loved the apartment: spacious, quiet, cool and very easy to keep tidy. Exactly what you want when you're on holiday with your man and 1.5 year old boy. Thanks to the lovely hosts!
Located in Cajarc in the Midi-Pyrénées region, Le Domaine des Cazelles by Ateya vacances provides accommodations with free private parking. A garden and a terrace are provided at the resort village. Our house is set in a holiday village comprising of terraces of small houses, designed in a modern traditional style set around landscaped courtyards. The development is set about a mile outside Cajarc, on the hillside overlooking the town and valley of the Lot. The development has a swimming pool which was well-used by holidaying families. I thiink it had some tennis courts. The surrounding Lot valley is beautiful, full of old villages. Cajarc is a busy , attractive and historic little town with a nice waterfront. Canoe hire and a couple of outdooor restaurants there, plus many several more around the main square. The development is ideal for families, as each little house is self-contained. You can come and go as you please. Parking is in car parks nearby on the development, conveniently close, but you can offload luggage right by the house. Facilities were adequate-- in our case 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom, a wc and , donwstairs, a living room/kitchen. Plates and pots andpans, glasses etc are provided. You need to hire the bed linen at reception, which is open for a few hours both in the morning and afternoon/evening. Ar reception, you could order bread and crossants for the next morning, a useful facility. The bread and croissants were really good, from a local baker. There was no on site bar, as far as we could see, but there are several in Cajarc, a short drive into town (5 mins) or walk (25mins) On the way, there is a supermarket ( not open evenings when we were there) with a 24 hour self-service petrol station (not staffed--pay at pump by credit crad. This was a very useful facility to have as the area is rural with few petrol stations. The development looks is in need of some overhaul to the landscaping, and reception area, but COVID must have had an effect on things this year. Our house had a nice outdoor patio. Plusd a clothes drying rack for our swimming costumes! We stayed a week. It was fine for our needs, as a base.

Cajarc may be the most beautiful medieval but modern city on earth. Great people, great restaurants and many terrific places to see nearby like Pech Meil, the ancient caves with caveman's drawings from 20,000 years ago. Because of strict zoning, all the exteriors of the buildings are about 1000 years old; most have climbing roses or other flowers. Absolutely stunning. You can walk around the town in about 15 minutes. Cajarc has one of the best restaurants in the world: l' Alee des Vignes where for dessert they serve a tennis ball sized chocolate ball (do not touch!) and pour hot english cream over it until the top melts revealing candy and ice cream inside! Farmer's market, Flea market, very reasonably priced restaurants, great wine. Paradise!
Cajarc is a nice little village with a good atmosphere, good restaurants (L'Allee du vignes is recommended). The House is very well equipped with some nice gestures from the hosts.
Very clean and comfortable, spacious room. Kitchenette. Parking close to room. View from room. Close to the small town of Cajarc. Friendly owners. Recommended.
Decor and artwork. The hotel was more individual than we expected. Good swimming pool. Welcoming and helpful patron.
