Super location, really kind staff. The food was delicious. Would definitely go back in the future.

The staff were fantastic. Elisabete was very easy to deal with and helped me with my motorcycle related needs

Very clean and comfortable 👌

Seems, it is very authentic - not sophisticatedly modern, but warm, comfortable and domestic place near the Old City. And the problem with late hosting was solved in a very charming way. The stuff speaks French only, but there were no critical barriers in conversation and it is the good opportunity to learn it ;-)

Quiet location even in the centre of town. Good food, clean tidy rooms. Motorcycle parking on patio outside dining room. Lift to rooms.

Nice, well designed houses within the forest! Close to Volvic and Clermont-Ferrand, ideal if you want to visit the volcanic area?

A warm welcome from the host. Everything clearly explained. I decided to have the breakfast and there was plenty of choice. The hotel was quiet and relaxed.

they were expecting us. they had a lift.

Very good room for this value. Bigger than usual

Comfortable bed. Everything in the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Good location for travellers.

Easy to find. Easy to Park. Stress free after a long day driving

It was really clean and nice, very quiet and also very friendly staff. We were supposed to stay at other hotel but they transferred us here, and I am very happy about it !

1000 Dank 💕 Merciiiii 🙏🏼 Thaaaank you so much! Especially to Nicolás and Fanny from reception 😍The stay was GREAT. We traveled with my parents and our 2 dogs, we had 2 rooms. The welcome was warm, especially with our dogs, the rooms are great (super comfortable beds, great bathroom - for bigger people it might be a little small). In the roomsyou hear no sound at all, next to the hotel there are many green spaces to walk the dogs and lots of parking spots. Because of the holidays the restaurant was closed for dinner or lunch, but it wasn't a problem having take away pizza (delicious) and wine/beer from the pizza place just next to the hotel in the breakfast dining room. They even helped us out with a corkscrew and dishes. We would definitely come back again if it'll be on our way again 💕✨🎄joyeux noël et bonne anneé🙏🏼

The pool, the restaurant. The Room.
