A beautiful place. Everything was exceptional. We went to Cognac because I wanted to stay at this hotel. From check-in to checkout, everything was great. The room was spacious and luxurious. The staff are professional. The property was beautiful. The food was delicious. They exceeded my expectations. It may be a bit more expensive but you definitely get the first class experience.

We rented a cabin on the water and my just loved it. Super quiet, fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin had 2 beds, but the one bed was a full, not big enough for my husband and I, so we each had our own bed. The pool was closed, but it looked fine.

The welcoming, the authenticity of the facilities, very French-like style. The beds are very comfy and great linens, as expected in a nice hotel Great view on the village, amazing rooftop view.. Quiet rooms,.very well situated. An amazing breakfast, good qualité food and varied. All the staff is very attentive,, kind and smiling. Wonderful experience indeed! Would have stayed longer if I'd had the opportunity.

As a very reasonably priced, centrally located three star Accor hotel, the Ibis met all our needs. The dog was welcome, there was an elevator and air conditioning, and restaurants and pastry shops were convenient. Plus Nespresso machines in the rooms. Parking was easy.
