Very friendly hosts, good ambiance. The room was spacious, very well equipped (including an electric kettle, tea and biscuits). The bed was super comfy. The facilities were great, particularly the shower. The breakfast was really amazing, and specially important before a day walking through the forest. There's a rich selection of jams locally sourced. The crepes are done at home, and the bread is quite good too. There's also locally sourced yogurt and honey. The hosts are very thoughtful in including options from the region, it is a nice touch.

We loved the tranquility of the lodge. The weather was perfect for our meal outside and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The owner was very helpful and was cutting the grass when we arrived! Everything we needed was provided, from the corkscrew to the tea bags!
