Position and easygoing breakfast

The hotel was great for us, very comfortable and we had a garage for our motorcycles. Staff was fantastiuc and very helpful.

The hotel is situated in the amazingly beautiful valley of La Restonica very near Corte, right by the river and 5 minutes away from many different hikes' starting points. The breakfast was excellent, a buffet with different types of teas, herbal teas, coffee, croissants, pains au chocolat, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, fromage blanc, cereals, fruits, different jams, delicious cakes, etc. We had ours on the terrace, right by the river. There is a restaurant 150 m down the road from the hotel. The owners of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. They offered us the choice between 2 rooms. We chose the one opening onto the terrace. Once in the room, we couldn't hear the river, which is fast flowing with very clear waters.

Everything was great! We had a great time staying there!

It was perfect value for money, friendly owner, beautiful village, nice views. Clean and spacious.

The breakfast at the garden was delicious-local cheese and charcuteries, canele-pastrys, fresh nuts an fruit. The nature in the area is really beautiful, and It was so lovely to swim in the river. We arrived by train, and as there seems to be a difficult situation with the taxis in corte, the personnel of the hotel was so helpful and really saved our day, we are so thankful!

I’d definitelly recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a nice and quite place that is also nearby to the city centre (approximately 2km, 30min walk). Room was very clean, with comfortable beds, interior and exterior of the hotel were also very nice. There’s nothing I can compliant about

The owner and other staf are exceptionally nice! They don't hesitate to help and everything is arranged well. We loved the breakfast bufet, it had good and healthy options, and it was just really good. The views are also amazing and the pool is gorgeous. Hiking near the accomodation is also gorgeous!!! Beautiful mountains, fun to swim in the river. We just really loved staying here.

Wir waren für eine Motorradtour auf Korsika und haben währenddessen in fünf verschiedenen 3-Sterne-Hotels übernachtet - dieses hier war mit großem Abstand das allerbeste! Was dieses Hotel so unglaublich besonders macht, ist die Herzlichkeit, mit der man empfangen wird. Die Inhaberfamilie ist einfach supersüß und hat uns so rührend umsorgt, dass für uns jetzt schon feststeht: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!Der grandiose Ausblick, die wunderschöne Terrasse, die absolute Ruhe und die gemütlichen Zimmer, das alles hat unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: Im Dorf Venaco scheint die Zeit wunderbar stehengeblieben zu sein. Es gibt dort auch ein herrliches Restaurant (dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe). Unser Tipp: Fragen Sie einfach die Hotelinhaber danach! Man trifft sie dort gelegentlich sogar selbst und bekommt obendrein noch fantastische Tipps für die Umgebung. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Newly renovated house into lovely chambres d’hôtes ! Very clean and decorated with taste 😊 The best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner: we arrived by bikes and unfortunately the cook was sick. Since the closest open restaurant is 1km away and that is was raining (and we were exhausted from a full day biking) the owner kindly offered to drive us back and forth to the restaurant in Venaco for diner. Even made a reservation for us! The bikes were safely kept and we had a lovely evening. We had to leave early the next morning, we were very sad to miss the breakfast, as the room looked lovely. But again great recommendation to stop at the cafe on the way out. Thank you and if we’re around we’ll definitely come back here!
