United KingdomThis hotel is so well run. All the Staff are trained to the highest standard. Helpful. Knowledgeable cheerful especially Orane the Receptionist who went out of her way to give us directions and local information. Our room lacked nothing.large.well furnished comfortable.
The Chef is innovative and the food is different and delicious. Cannot praise this hotel enough. .

TurkeyOverall the place was really good, literally right across the train station, close to supermarkets and restaurants, and about 20 mins of walking distance from the stadium. The check-in was very smooth, the room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Recommended

United KingdomAlthough it wasn't easy to find in the dark (and rain), the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable - an excellent shower - with a large bed. The restaurant was a great surprise. Not only was the food exceptional but the wine menu was pretty good too. All in all, a really good hotel with excellent staff - oh, and the breakfast was yummy too. Have to give this hotel top marks.

FranceGood selection for breakfast, something for everyone. We arrived after midnight and the security guard who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very spacious for a family room and the shower was great.

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help and accommodate us under very trying circumstances. They went out of their way, above and beyond to give us as much assistance as they could and to make our stay in Lens as comfortable as possible. The location was also excellent.

United KingdomBeds comfortable - lots of restaurants/supermarket within 25 min walk. Also discovered a nice walk over towards hill 70 memorial if you like a bit of history and a good walk for our dog. You could also walk a lot further if you wished. Staff really friendly and welcoming. The Manager was exceptional as his help was invaluable navigating the way for us with regards to our broken down vehicle. We're so grateful for his help. Good value for money.

United KingdomDon't expect the Ritz but remember you're not paying Ritz prices the hotel was basic for a few nights ,the great thing was the location just opposite the railway station and a few minutes walk to the centre,the room was clean double bed and a single , clean bathroom and a good shower it's all that you need but as said don't expect the Ritz.
