Location, the staff are excellent. Clean and comfortable.

Great for an overnight stay on our journey back to the UK by car with our dog. The hotel is attractive with well thought through colour schemes and furnishings. The room, although small, is neat and clean, with everything we needed for our stay and the bed was very comfortable. We asked for a room on the ground floor which they kindly accommodated, very handy to be able to take the dog out through the additional exit door without having to go into the main lobby/reception area. Parking was right outside our room which was also a bonus. Convenient for restaurants, boulangerie etc. We’ve stayed twice now and will come back!

I always felt welcomed. when I see reviews of people complaining about the price or room size…it makes me angry. This hotel is cleaner than many others and it’s well placed.

Lovely, freshly built hotel that put B&B, Premiere classe, kyriad hotel etc to shame. Great location, working (hey premiere classe!) air conditioning in the room, bedding that doesn't make you feel dirtier than you were before you went to bed (hey premiere classe!), corridors that still smell of new carpets and not cigarette smoke (hey B&B!).

It was nice and clean easy to find. It was very good. We both slept extremely well. The temperature in the room was excellent.

The hotel is located at the outskirts of Niort. I stayed there overnight whilst travelling. Very conveniently located away from the motorway. Nearby are restaurants for dinner. The hotel's staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable with en-suite bathrooms. Parking is available on-site. Breakfast is a good continental breakfast, with various kinds of bread, eggs, cheeses and so on. The hotel is really good value for money. Certainly not the last time I stayed there.

Easy self check in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Tea making equipment was a bonus. Very dog friendly.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful . The room was a decent size and clean, much better than expected for what seemed a basic hotel. Breakfast was good.
