Very convenient for travelers that normally visit Carcassonne and want to experience this beautiful region of France. Perfect for a small family with 2 kids. Checkin at 5:30pm worked for us after visiting the amazing Château de Queribus. The hosts are wonderful people and even helped us get our reservations for an amazing dinner experience at the Logis Auberge du Vigneron. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. French breakfast was great. Thank you.

We enjoyed the home made dinner, hosts was very perfect with the dishes. The atmosphere is very cozy in this property, surrounded by mountains. Room was clean, warm. So our all family including kids enjoyed the stay very much.

We loved the hand built cabins and tents. Fabian and Eloise were delightful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They have a wonderful outdoor kitchen that we were able cook a meal in and comfortable outdoor space to lounge in that area. Our tent was beautifully decorated and bed super comfortable! Fabian delivered breakfast to our deck that had an amazing view.

Excellent location for walking and wildlife (flowers, birds, butterflies). Very helpful host. Good communicator. She lives on site and is available to help with any problems. The accommodation has wonderful views over wooded hills. There are almost no signs of human activity anywhere. There is a small balcony with a table and chairs, (and a small settee) from which one can admire this view. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen (with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and washing up machine). There is a shower room with excellent hot water system. The host has prepared a lot of useful information about the local area. For example, she has maps and detailed descriptions of many walks. There is a local grocery store about 15-20 minutes drive away which stocks plenty of fresh fruit/veg, together with bread, cheese, cooked meats and a reasonable selection of basics. A larger supermarket is about 30 minutes away.
