Our room looked lovely and it was really comfortable. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency and we couldn’t enjoy it for as long as we had planned. Sandra the owner was superb. She was so helpful and kind in assisting us in navigating the situation we were in, and her hospitality was second to none. Such good people deserve every success in their business. And Willow the dog is adorable!

We had a big room with a balcony. No elevator but the stairs were all right. The hotel is on the middle of the village of Dorlisheim, and the parking lot is easily accessible.

It was a great surprise; it is a hotel located near highway and we did not have high expectations. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and modern, fabulous shower and lovely smelling shampoo and shower gel. The fact that toilets are separately from bath/ shower is really nice. The breakfast was really nice, the hotel employees were also kind and polite. It was only a stop over for a night, and we arrived quite late but we were super positively surprised by this absolutely lovely hotel.

Very clean and tidy, very friendly and cheerful staff, great location, 3 steps from the center. We arrived late due to some complications with the luggage in the airport but the receptionist was extremely helpful and kept contact with us to make sure we have everything we needed to check in. I highly recommend the location.

This beautiful and lovely hotel was wonderful. The room was very large. Very comfortable bed and lots of room to store our items. The bathroom was large and it was well appointed, having everything that we needed for our stay. Love the separate toilet area! The design of the Hotel is so beautiful, very Alsatian! The staff is so wonderful, attending to any need you may have. We were staying close to Westhoffen to see family and this was the perfect place. A 5 minute drive to our family. We only wish that we could have eaten at the restaurant, but did not have time. Would love to return and have a great meal! Looks fantastic! Thank you for a great room, great location and for being so kind and helpful. Also, great garage to park our car!
