A beautiful stay in a stunning Chateau in the medieval town of Fources. We arrived on a Thursday evening which coincided with the start a night market that runs rough every Thursday in August. So a wonderful start to our stay here with a meal fron food trucks on the town green. The Chateau is very peaceful and our room was spacious with large vaulted ceilings and an adjoining room to relax in. The hosts were friendly and welcoming with grrat recommendations. Breakfast had excellent French bread and homemade jam. Fources had a decent Auberge to eat at on the town square and a grocery store that also sent the post. All in a couple of minutes walk. We had a hybrid car and it was one of the few places we found it easy to charge in the local car park. Highly recommend Lectoure market on Friday.

The hotel is easy to find in a small village with lovely views of a chateau. The hosts are lovely and speak excellent English. The rooms are very spacious, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price and offers plenty of choice. Breakfast is alo very good. We enjoyed a lovely wander around the chateau after dinner

Fabulous host and a fantastic location at the heart of the village of Fources, breakfast was outstanding and the conversations with our host as well. The castle as such is splendid with a true historic and cultural ambience, true to the place and true to time. Parking facilities worked well and were much needed. will return for sure!
