Super lovely people who run a real gem in the mountains. Real lovely experience dining all together in the beautiful kitchen. Great homemade meals and breakfast. Close to great ski area.
We ate at le Collet which has great pizzas, and other dishes and is very friendly and cozy after a day skiing or hiking. There's a great boulangerie with a small café and a small grocery shop. For any major shopping you will have to make sure you bring it all from the Nice area. The valleys around Isola are too narrow, tight and winding, and the villages to far apart to allow for the big hypermarkets to be successful. So there are none, which adds too the rustic charm.
