La ubicació, neteja i amabilitat del personal. Al arribar ens van donar una habitació que feia molta pudor, al dir-li al recepcionista ens van donar una altre habitació superior. Molt contents per l'atenció. Varem quedar molt sorpresos amb la població de Niort, molt maca i bon ambient. Al hotel hi ha aparcament gratuït. Molt recomanable.
