The location is unsurpassed, picture postcard, the building is very old, full of character and charm. The rooms are basic but comfy, clean and were more than adequate for our needs. Staff were great, accommodating and helpful.

A beautiful place with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was a large living area with kitchen. Good communication from the host and easy self-check in. It felt a safe place to park our two motorcycles. A lovely walk down to the village and plenty of walking paths close by. We walked to the lake and back. Very beautiful through the forest track past the dam.

Sue and Ian were charming hosts, they gave me a little map and showed me all the local amenities and the Greenway to walk to Mur de Bretagne nearby for the stage of the Tour that I had cycled there to witness. There's a bar and restaurant 100m from their home as well that was v convivial. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A quiet area, like home, roads excellent , no potholes and...

A quiet area, like home, roads excellent , no potholes and few vehicles. UK supersaturated, too many people and vehicles. Lack of structure in UK to accommodate more people. Laniscat , and indeed Brittany is an excellent place to live.
