But for this price I am well able to walk 20 minutes and the neighbourhood was good enough. Very nice bakery in 100 meters and no problem with parking space even for a large car. The apartment itself was just perfect. Even the bed was comfortable. We didn't meet anybody in person, but the information given was totally enough and useful.
