I was a little nervous as their were not a lot of reviews for this property. When we got there, the overall property could definitely use some TLC. Carpets well worn, and paint throughout the building is old and chipped. That said, we had a wonderful time here. The staff was lovely and helpful, and the location was great. very short walk to equipment rental, grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is a game room and nice lobby area with wifi (we did not have wifi in our 3rd floor room). The breakfast was good, lots of choices and my kids were happy. They even provide bags to make you own takeaway sandwiches for lunch. The woman who looked after the breakfast area was friendly and helpful. The basement had the ski room which opens right to the ski piste. We put our equipment on, and rode away. The room was small, as are all rooms in the area, but was adequate for the 3 of us. There was decent storage, a desk, and plenty of room to hang our coats and ski gear. And we were not there to hang out in the room. :) The beds were comfortable, sheets clean, and the shower had hot water and strong water pressure (always important to me). We would definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome. Staff were excelllent, particularly the reception team. Food was good and the rooms clean and functional. Nice balcony as well.

Great accommodation, had everything we needed and easy finding a space for parking too. Short walk (200m) to ski run down to Bettex chairlift which even had a skipass booth. Pool facility was really good after a day on the slopes.
