Lovely house that innovatively integrates both old and new design aspects into a very comfortable and unique experience. Very close to a major supermarket. Large fenced backyard (pet friendly) with nice patio area and a large 2nd floor balcony that overlooks it. Pool available but it was too early in the season. Loved the innovative first floor fireplace that provided both warmth and ambiance and the sound system which had a fantastic jazz/blues playlist on the provided ipod. We slept in one of the children's bedrooms on the second floor whose bed was very comfortable. Would have preferred the master bedroom on the third floor but it was too difficult to consistently access (tight circular staircase). Kitchen had adequate utensils but is not equipped for serious cooking (great dishwasher though!). There is a clothes washer but we were surprised by the lack of dryer. Overall, we stayed for two weeks and loved the experience. Definitely recommend! Owners are warm, professional and responsive.

L'Adonis Excellior Grand Genève se situe dans la campagne, à 9 km du centre-ville de Genève et à une demi-heure en voiture de l'aéroport international. J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cette résidence, le personnel été adorable. L’appartement est très spacieux, la literie est très confortable ! Je recommande !

Excellent location for a long stay (several weeks) if you also have a rental car. Veigy-Foncenex is beautiful. if you are staying for more than a couple days, it is best to have a rental car so you can also explore the surrounding areas. The apartment is equipped with everything that one might need — dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer, kitchen, etc. there is a really nice supermarket close by (bi1) that has wonderful produce and cheese, and a bakery close by with really nice bread and croissants. I stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks as my partner worked in nearby Switzerland. Overall I loved being there. the town is wonderful to walk in the mornings and night as it is surrounded by mountains, farms, and vineyards.
