The house was very authentic & traditional and also very well-kept clean. It was a very calm and tranquil area within nature. On cold days, it was an enjoyable experience to throw wood in the fireplace to warm the house and the owner consistently provided us with enough wood. It's the ideal location if you are looking for a place to be submerged within nature.

The breakfast was lovely, in a lovely setting, lots of variety and welcoming staff! We had dinner at the hotel and again exceptional staff and the food was lovely. We used the lovely outdoor swimming pool. We found the hotel to be lovely and clean and although the rooms are a little tired we were (4 of us) all happy with our individual rooms.
