This is my trip with the family to pray together in The Lourdes Grotto. It was a very pleasant experience even though our time is too short only stay one night. Next time I will come again for a longer time so that I could visit museums there and more enjoy the atmosphere of a peaceful city of Lourdes.

Saya mengenal hotel ini atas rekomendasi dari teman dimana anaknya pernah menginap di hotel ini.Stafnya ramah, bangunannya cukup tua, lokasi cukup enak karena dekat dengan pertokoan dan hotel2 lain.Secara keseluruhan lumayan enak menginap di hotel ini, mungkin saya akan menginap lagi di hotel ini bila saya ke Lourdes lagi lain waktu bila usul/saran saya diakomodir.
Tempat tidurnya cukup enak. Karena saya dari Indonesia jadi sarapan yang kurang saja karena kurang breakfastnya kurang bervariasi. Lokasi cukup strategis dan ada resto kebab di seberang hotel. Staff nya sangat ramah.

This hotel exceeded my expectation. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous, warm, multilingual, and kind with all the clients. The hotel offers authentic typical French cuisine and the service at the bar was excellent. This hotel is within walking distance of the sanctuaries, the restaurants, the shuttles to tourist attractions, and main streets. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional. I had an issue with my room which was resolved satisfactorily. It is very close to the grotto which was reason for visit.
