Everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, there is nothing we could fault. We booked a cave room and it was huge, it had a large lounge and large bedroom. Bed was extremely comfortable. We ate an evening meal in the restaurant. Food was delicious. It is a set menu with 5 courses and unlimited red wine. I normally don’t like red wine, but this one was delicious. The cost of the meal is 27 euros per person, which we felt was excellent value for money. Breakfast was also delicious with very high quality food. Easy parking

The room was gorgeous with French doors that opened up to the view. The birdsong was amazing! The hotel is round the corner from the castle, which is well worth a visit. The breakfast was superb with fresh and homemade produce and delicious coffee. We had a long chat with the owners whilst there and they are lovely, lovely people.
