Excellent location right in the centre but very quiet. Hotel was immaculate, everything very clean and well maintained. All looks new. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Excellent bed and pillows, very good night's sleep and a great bathroom and shower.. We had a free upgrade to a bigger room without asking & the staff were very friendly welcoming & helpful. A very nice hotel Would stay here again an excellent option in Roanne. .

Staff were awesome. I arrived cold after a long motorcycle ride and they checked me in quicky, found parking for the bike and helped me settle in. Had a very good night sleep. In the morning the staff were great and I checked out without fuss and was on my way. Bathroom was a good size, water hot and bed comfy. Although it was near the station, the area was quiet even for a Saturday night. Nice, traditional french breakfast which is perfect.
