On a much more positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly and professional, the food was very good, and the charcoal grill was fantastic. The restaurant experience was easily the highlight of the stay and deserves real praise. Overall, this could be a very convenient airport hotel, and the restaurant shows that excellent service is certainly possible here. However, the reception and shuttle organisation need significant improvement. Airport guests need clear information and, above all, they need to be able to trust that a confirmed early-morning shuttle reservation has actually been recorded.
