El propietari és molt amable i educat. L'habitació està molt bé: decorada amb molt gust, llit còmode, calefacció, sofà i tauleta i amb finestres a l'exterior. Hi ha un lavabo al costat de l'habitació que només utilitza el client. Et dóna l'opció d'esmorzar si vols i hi ha un garatge per tancar el cotxe, si n'has de menester. L'apartament es troba al centre de La Réole, prop de les principals atraccions i llocs d'interès.
