M'han carregat dos reserves per la mateixa habitació. De viatge no estic obrint el correu cada hora i per una fallada del sistema que no reconeix que la mateixa persona té dos reserves diferents al seu nom, doncs això, dos càrrecs (un sense haver posat el codig de control) que és el més greu. Mai més B & B.
