The hotel is simply beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The products in the bathroom are high quality, my hair was beautiful and my skin so soft. We also had a nice sleep, the beddings were high quality and the mattress very comfortable. I recommend if you don't mind 30 minutes metro ride to go visit Paris! Also, there's is a few shops just by the hotel that makes this area quite nice with a very nice bakery, coffee shop and restaurants.

The friendly staff...the lady who made our check-in was fabulous. After finishing the paperwork she took the time to explain to us the best way to get to central Paris and gave us an App that I'm gonna keep forever on my cellphone because it shows all the transportation and schedules, distance, prices of tickets, etc. She also was so sweet with my girl!!! The hotel is an awesome place to stay if you are on a budget and has an excellent connection to Paris. The RER is 150mt from the hotel and the metro 600mt. The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of little bistros and coffee shops, bakeries to die for, and even a McDonald's for a late meal ( closes at midnight). Definitely staying again on my next trip in July. Thanks to the stuff.

Ok stay, works going on at hotel so access was not clearly marked through car park. Reception said breakfast was not included as per my booking but corrected after showing proof. Breakfast was excellent. Paid extra for a better room, rooms are small but giant bed, fridge safe and ensuite all good, let down by burns on carpet and a damaged interconnecting door that didn't fill us with confidence if next door could open. Chose for location for a concert, Uber out each day.

Clean and recently renovated. Floors were the vintage wood with a beautiful glossy finish. The elderly gentleman running the lobby was very courteous but couldn't speak any English. But we managed to communicate the essentials.

Location was great- just outside of Paris. Apartment wa very very clean and the host + his mother were super nice when I did laundry & it did not dry in time. Will absolutely stay again! Very close to the metro & walking distance to the 19th.

Pantin isn't a beautiful place but clean and quite safe.

Pantin isn't a beautiful place but clean and quite safe. Lots of choice regarding food. However, to see Paris you have to use the metro and it takes from 20-30 minutes to reach the main attractions. This wasn't a problem as there was a metro every 3 minutes. Overall good.

The area is great for convivence to trams & trains.

The area is great for convivence to trams & trains. It felt a little unsafe late at night with our kids, but it was just a feeling, there was no one who was actually a problem or created any issues for us. There were so many little supermarkets, restaurants & cafes around that it was very easy to find groceries & food within walking to our apartment.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite prior confirmation for 5 guests, the host argued aggressively upon arrival and made us feel unwelcome in front of our children. We were only allowed to stay after nearly an hour of confrontation. The kitchen was locked and required extra payment, with no tea, coffee, or fridge access. Basic essentials like soap and toiletries were missing. Overall, the stay felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

an affordable location, diverse area, decent supermarkets...

an affordable location, diverse area, decent supermarkets and bakery nearby. very quick metro journey on the 5 line. was disappointing that lime bikes didn’t extend to this location so i had to walk an extra 10-15 mins every time i cycled back from central paris. this seemed to be the case with most of the bike hire schemes.

I always try to book Campanille La Vilette for my stays in...

I always try to book Campanille La Vilette for my stays in Paris, but this time that wasn't available, so I booked Pantin which is on the other side of La Vilette. Facilities are the same as in each Campanille - all good. it is OKish value for Paris comparing to many other hotels i stayed which were much more expensive and frankly much smaller and uncomfortable. This hotel is close to metro station and easy to get to the centre. Good for a short stay when one is on the budget and needs to be in the centre of Paris.

Stay near the city hall and canal l'Ourcq.

Stay near the city hall and canal l'Ourcq. It is very safe, convenient, and beautiful for long walks. Pantin is the new cultural hub of Paris with the headquarters of Hermes and Chanel having moved their headquarters there, the cite de musique, the Thaddeus Ropeac art gallery, a university, and some nice little restaurants not too touristy. This is where Parisians come to breathe!

A delightful small place, creatively utilised and incredibly well equipped. The owners very thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning prior to our arrival on a very hot day so it was beautifully cooling inside. Simply amazing, would love to stay again when we visit Paris again. Top accommodation. Thank you Cathy and Paulo 😀

The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities listed. Check in and out went smoothly, and the hosts were very helpful with all queries. The location in relation to Paris centre was excellent, with the option of two train stations within a 5 minutes walk, allowing access to the city centre in 20 minutes.

It was close to Le Zenith, where I had tickets to a concert, and it was close to transport links into Paris city centre. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
