The gite, in the town of Rieucaze, is located on a farm that has been in the host's family for many generations. The recently renovated guest rooms and dining area are well designed with modern amenities and comfortable beds . The hosts Jean-Francois and Beatrice were very warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. We loved speaking French with our hosts, and Beatrice also speaks English. The delicious breakfast consisted of local eggs, fresh baguettes and croissants, cheese and yogurt, as well as several home-made jams including plum, apricot, fig, and quince. We visited my friend's cousin's family in a village a few kilometers away as well as the larger town of Aspet that has cafes, gift shops, and a twice weekly market. I had never been to Haute-Garonne before and found that all the people we met were very welcoming and friendly. We had many long walks in the countryside with beautiful views of the Pyrenees. We are looking forward to going back to La Ferme des Hautins!

we were 4 motorbikers on very short notice for 4 single rooms, including dinner. it was an excellent stay, visit the marvellous village as well by foot. rooms, dinner, breakfast, all served with a big and generous smile in this somewhat remote location. i warmly recommend the hotel, call before so that the chef can get his shopping list right before. motos parked on the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

The hotel was cozy and well appointed. Its location was beautiful and away from crowds/traffic. A great stopover for our Lourdes visit. The dinner was spectacular. The combination of tastes and textures were superb. Kudos to the chef and staff.

This is an amazing place with fantastic views of the Pyrenees. The gite had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Elvina and Tim are wonderful hosts and the breakfast supplies were ample for our needs with fresh bread every day. Elvina was very helpful in suggesting places to see and things to do. We really enjoyed unwinding and relaxing here and we definitely recharged our batteries, thank you so much for a lovely stay
