Great restaurant and very comfortable room. Perfect location after a long drive from a ski resort so you can return to the UK refreshed.

Bed was comfortable. Room was big enough and had a large TV, a fridge and a microwave.

Rated the property considering its price. The reception staff were very helpful…. Great value and did the job.

Was okay was short stay for the night during long trip

Good family room with comfortable beds. Excellent value. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Good for a flyiing stay...so cheap, clean.. 1 night ok

staff were helpful, even when I was struggling to use the automated check in process.it was very late and they were helpful and polite. everything else was exactly as we'd have hoped

Breakfast was adequate and the meals we ate in the restaurant were very good. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help and accommodate us under very trying circumstances. They went out of their way, above and beyond to give us as much assistance as they could and to make our stay in Lens as comfortable as possible. The location was also excellent.

The night concierge was wonderful. I think he was called Gregory??

staff, Cleaness, parking, wifi Top

Don't expect the Ritz but remember you're not paying Ritz prices the hotel was basic for a few nights ,the great thing was the location just opposite the railway station and a few minutes walk to the centre, the room was clean double bed and a single , clean bathroom and a good shower it's all that you need but as said don't expect the Ritz.

Very cheap and very convenient. The receptionist was very kind and very helpful. We had a drink and a nice chat in the bar even though she was very busy, she wanted to make us welcome.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, breakfast perfect for us! Exceeded our expectations for this type of hotel.

Great location, free parking. Friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Everything was excellent, the location, the staff, the breakfast (one of the best we ever had in hotels).
