Great restaurant and very comfortable room. Perfect location after a long drive from a ski resort so you can return to the UK refreshed.

Bed was comfortable. Room was big enough and had a large TV, a fridge and a microwave.

Rated the property considering its price. The reception staff were very helpful…. Great value and did the job.

For the price paid, this is the best hotel to stay overnight when travelling or to stay a few days for business. Located conveniently next to a freeway exit and next to a shopping mall with an abundant choice of restaurants for all tastes and wallets, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with all comfort and clean sanitary, an efficient, no-frills yet comfortable breakfast room, and a spacious parking lot that closes at night.

staff were helpful, even when I was struggling to use the automated check in process.it was very late and they were helpful and polite. everything else was exactly as we'd have hoped

Very pleasant stay! Everything was amazing. The hotel is strategically located in a great area, with everything you need close by, including a shopping mall. Lille is also not far away, making the location very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ladies from housekeeping were especially kind, warm, and welcoming. They really made us feel at home. Overall, an amazing hotel in a great location. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Breakfast was adequate and the meals we ate in the restaurant were very good. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help and accommodate us under very trying circumstances. They went out of their way, above and beyond to give us as much assistance as they could and to make our stay in Lens as comfortable as possible. The location was also excellent.

Don't expect the Ritz but remember you're not paying Ritz prices the hotel was basic for a few nights ,the great thing was the location just opposite the railway station and a few minutes walk to the centre,the room was clean double bed and a single , clean bathroom and a good shower it's all that you need but as said don't expect the Ritz.

Very cheap and very convenient. The receptionist was very kind and very helpful. We had a drink and a nice chat in the bar even though she was very busy, she wanted to make us welcome.

Overall the place was really good, literally right across the train station, close to supermarkets and restaurants, and about 20 mins of walking distance from the stadium. The check-in was very smooth, the room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Recommended

This hotel is so well run. All the Staff are trained to the highest standard. Helpful. Knowledgeable cheerful especially Orane the Receptionist who went out of her way to give us directions and local information. Our room lacked nothing.large.well furnished comfortable. The Chef is innovative and the food is different and delicious. Cannot praise this hotel enough. .
