Lots of delightful small streets and alleys and a gorgeous bread shop. Restaurants in plenty, though not all open in September. Found the same restaurant where our host was eating with friends. During Covid most people were very conscious and careful.
The market is a must and the atmosphere in the square was friendly and welcoming. The town is full of history and character and all the cobbled streets lead eventually into the square where you can enjoy a cool glass of rose or a large beer. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and the food is delicious...especially the fresh pizza cooked to order.
Postcard perfect village on the banks of the Aveyron river at the foot of a gorge. Easy to navigate and a hive of artisan shops, food and local producers. Have a wander round the town, browse shops like Pied à Terre for curiosities for home and garden, enjoy a drink at Guinguette La Plage by the weir and top it off with an al fresco burger at Zoga or pizza by Les Halles. Walk, cycle or kayak it all off the next day!
Very quaint medieval place. Lots of places to eat. Lovely Sunday market. There is a planned walk that you can do on the back of the Tourist info map, all around the cobbled streets with pointers and info on some of the architecture etc. Would recommend the restaurant Babettes at the end of the bridge.

La Résidence was a fantastic place! Lisa and Richard were excellent hosts, providing amazing breakfast each morning, including locally-sourced ingredients in homemade food. The room was very spacious, offering great views of the picturesque St. Antonin village and surrounding hills & cliffs. The village itself is very quiet and relaxing, and La Résidence was equally quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be staying there again, and I'd strongly recommend this hotel to all!
