Very friendly and helpful owner who waited up for us when we arrived late from the Dieppe ferry. The room was clean, lovely and the decor was lovely. This was set in a very beautiful location and we would love to come back for a onger stay to explore the area.

Actually, everything. Very comfortable, beautiful garden, small charming house, everything we needed was there, very friendly hosts, nice breakfast, very good vine. We were sorry we only booked for a one night stay.

St-Hellier and surrounding villages and hamlets together with the nearby market town of Saint Saens are beautiful places in the stunning Pay de Bray clay vale district of Normandy with typical brick and wood architecture and steep sloped scarplands forested by beech woods and open to walkers and horse riders. The petite gite is a perfect cottage located by the Varenne river with wonderful views over the countryside giving visitors a memorable taste of rural Normandy.
